Ordering Online
Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders are sent via trusted couriers and include tracking. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
For international orders, customs or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Our team will dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Please note that shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.
UK (Royal Mail Tracked) aims to deliver in 1-3 business days. Next Day Delivery options available in the UK if ordered before 1pm.
International delivery time estimates:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days standard or 2-5 express carrier shipping
Our warehouse is located in the United Kingdom. All orders are packed and shipped from our UK facility.
We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations and changes depend on how far along your order is in our processing queue. If you need to request a change, please email us as soon as possible at team@atelieraicho.com and include your order number.
Please note: If your order has already been prepared, packed, or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you’re welcome to return it through our return portal once it arrives. A return fee will apply.

Product Info & Care
Clean lenses with a microfibre cloth and lens-safe spray. Store them in provided case to avoid scratches, and keep them away from high heat to prevent damage. Handle with both hands to maintain frame shape.
For bioacetate frames: Avoid alcohol-based cleaners and extreme heat. Gently polish with a soft cloth to keep their natural shine.

Lens categories (Cat 0–4) refer to the darkness of the tint and how much visible light they let through:
Category 0 – Very light tint; for fashion or low-light conditions
Category 1 – Light tint; great for overcast days or casual wear
Category 2 – Medium tint; suitable for average sunlight
Category 3 – Dark tint; ideal for bright sunlight and outdoor use
Category 4 – Very dark; for extreme sun (e.g. high altitudes); not suitable for driving
Each category balances visibility and glare reduction to suit different lighting conditions, ensuring both comfort and eye protection.
Not currently, but many of our frames can be fitted with prescription lenses by your local optician. We recommend bringing your chosen style to a professional to confirm compatibility. Check back soon- we're working on offering prescription lens options in the near future!
